Chelsey flew along the pitch quietly, lazily making figure eights in the air. She was waiting for Xander to meet her here, after she had invited him to play quidditch with her, via a little pink love note that had floated to Ravenclaw common room. She knew it would embarrass him to receive such a summons, but that was partly the reason she did it that way...so that he would get embarrassed in front of his friends a little. She had heard through the grapevine that he'd been getting more feminine admirers, even though everyone knew they were exclusive. And whether he invited girls around or not, sometimes he couldn't help but give off a flirtatious vibe, in her opinion anyway. She was here to set him straight once and for all. Chelsey Andrews was definitely the jealous type, and if she knew of any girls specifically that were trying to get Xander's attention, she wouldn't hesitate to start a bitch fight.
She had gotten this idea...some, including Xander, might say it was a scheme...but she would scoff and ignore that anyway. She thought that if she got him on the quidditch pitch with her, they could have a friendly game just the two of them, and she could work out some of her frustration regarding the flirting rumors. Two birds, one quaffle. She thought it was brilliant. And when she confronted him, if he confirmed the rumors, she would be able to yell from high up in the air so no one else would hear their argument. Also, she had a suspicion that he wasn't aware she was any good at quidditch. But her brother had taught her a thing or two, and she could certainly hold her own. She just didn't go out for the team because it was too much of a time suck.
When she heard someone approach, she didn't even turn around, she just assumed it was him. She knew that if she even caught a glimpse of him, all of her anger and frustration would melt away instantly, and she couldn't have that. "Ready to have your ass handed to you, Glass?" She said simply.
